Printable Restaurant Coupons 2012

Printable restaurant coupons are one of my favorite kinds of coupons, because I enjoy eating out and trying new restaurants. It's usually pretty easy to find printable restaurant coupons, too--usually you can just visit the website for the restaurant chain that you're interested in, and you'll find coupons and special offers there. But other opportunities for restaurant coupon hunters exist, too, like Restaurant.com, where you can buy gift certificates for restaurants at a huge discount. And of course, some websites function as guides to coupons for restaurants, and I'll discuss some of those websites in this article too.

Restaurant.com Coupons

Restaurant.com is my favorite source for printable restaurant coupons. Note that they brag about having deals at 18,000 different restaurants nationwide, but that's not a big selling point, as I'm only interested in restaurants where I reside. (I travel rarely.) I live near Dallas, TX, and when I search for potential deals at Restaurant.com, I find some of the following offers available:

Paesanos Restaurant - Printable Coupons from Restaurant.com

Free Printable Restaurant Coupons 2012Paesanos is a wonderful little Italian restaurant and bakery in Plano, Texas. The staff there are terrific, and the food is fairly priced. But you can buy gift certificates for Paesanos via Restaurant.com and save even more money. They have a $10 gift certificate that you can buy for $5, and they also have a $25 gift certificate that you can buy for $20. Either of those are a good deal, although the former coupon represents a greater savings percentage-wise.

The Melting Pot of Dallas - Printable Coupons from Restaurant.com

The Melting Pot is the original fondue restaurant, and it's pricey. But The Melting Pot is one of the best places in the world to take a date. It's very romantic and sensual. Right now, you buy a gift certificate for The Melting Pot that's worth $25 for $20 on Restaurant.com. That's a 20% discount, so it's a pretty good The Melting Pot of Dallas coupon.

2Kats Live - Printable Coupons from Restaurant.com

One of the fun things about browsing through the coupons at Restaurant.com is finding new restaurants to try. I've never been to (or heard of) 2Kats Live, but I can get a gift certificate there worth $10 for just $5. Or I can get a 2Kats Live coupon worth $25 for $17.50. I'm willing to try a restaurant if I can get a $7.50 savings on my purchase.

Brazil Brasileiro - Printable Coupons from Restaurant.com

One of the best values on Restaurant.com is the Brazil Brasileiro coupons. You can get a coupon worth $100 for $40. That represents a savings of 60%. I haven't eaten at Brazil Brasileiro, but I do enjoy Brazilian food in general, and a savings of $60 on my meal motivates me to want to go give the restaurant a try.

Brazilian Cowboy Steakhouse & Grill - Printable Coupons from Restaurant.com

Another Brazilian steakhouse to try using coupons from Restaurant.com is Brazilian Cowboy Steakhouse & Grill, which is located in Plano. You can get a coupon there that's worth $75 for just $35. That's a savings of over 50%, and it also represents a savings of $40.

Palio's Pizza Cafe - Printable Coupons from Restaurant.com

Palio's Pizza Cafe is a gourmet pizza restaurant located in downtown McKinney. You can get a $100 coupon for their restaurant for just $40, which is one of the best deals I was able to find on the Restaurant.com website.

Fast Food Restaurant Coupons to Print

Fast food restaurant coupons to print are even easier to find. Just visit the official website for the fast food restaurant that you're considering, and you'll find a plethora of coupons to print. I did some surfing today, and here are some examples of the printable fast food coupons I was able to find:

KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken Printable Coupons

When I visited the official site for KFC (formerly known as Kentucky Fried Chicken), I found a page for coupons, but you have to input your information in order to get access to these coupons. I only had to input 5 pieces of information, and that includes my first name and my last name as separate pieces of information. When I did, I got the following coupons to print for KFC:

  1. $3.00 off a 12 piece meal
  2. $4.49 3 strips meal
  3. $29,99 16 piece feast
  4. Free large homestyle side with the purchase of any family meal
  5. Free medium drink with the purchase of a Doublicious sandwich
  6. $2,99 KFC kids laptop meal

I'm not super familiar with the menu prices on KFC products, so it's hard for me to evaluate how big the savings are here. But I do like being able to get a free drink with my sandwich, and I think that's the KFC coupon I'm most likely to print out and actually use.

Jack in the Box Printable Coupons

I was disappointed when I visited the Jack in the Box official website and was unable to find any printable Jack in the Box coupons there. I even tried inputting my zip code, but nothing happened other than a list of locations along with maps I could click on. I visited their Facebook page too, and I still couldn't find any Jack in the Box coupons. I love their food, but I was unimpressed with their website--too fancy, and it took too long to load. Fast food restaurants often have trouble understanding that simple html websites are almost always better than fancy, slow-loading animated websites.

Boston Market Printable Coupons

I had much better luck finding Boston Market printable coupons. They offered a coupon good for $1 off any $10 purchase, which represents a 10% discount. That's not a huge savings percentage-wise, but their food is excellent, and their prices are already very reasonable, so 10% is fair. But they deserve the most credit for making their coupons easy to find and use.

Wendys Printable Coupons

Wendys printable coupons were easy to find on their site, but they had me input a relatively large amount of information in order to sign up for their special offers. Why do I need a password if I'm just signing up to get Wendys coupons? Why does Wendys need to know my birthday? I had to input 12 different pieces of information at Wendys in order to sign up for the free coupons, which is more than twice as much information than KFC asked for.

Then, after I signed up, there was a survey to take. I HATE taking surveys. But in the interest of getting the free printable coupons for Wendy's admittedly delicious burgers, I completed the survey too.

Then, even after filling out all the information and the survey, I didn't get any coupons for Wendys. I'm assuming that they'll eventually send them via email, but I'm pretty disappointed. I think most people should realize that during the age of the Internet, instant satisfaction is de rigeur.

We'll expand this section of the site with individual pages for individual restaurant coupons as time passes. So bookmark this page and come back soon.
